Coach Andrae has been one of my son’s coaches for a while now and he is hands down my favorite and my son’s favorite. I have seen several coaching styles, as my eight year old has joined a club team and is passionate about soccer. Andrae’s ability to see each child for who they are and help them meet their potential with humor and kindness, but also always pushing them, is something that not all coaches possess. He has an amazing way with kids. He tries to understand each child’s motivation and understands the game of soccer as a metaphor for life skills as well as on the field. I cannot stress enough how my son has grown as a soccer player and as a person all because of this coach.

Andrae has a great attention to details of each drill and will not let kids get by without them really understanding the point of the drill, AND putting forth their individual best effort. He is equally devoted to the very skilled, as well as the child who may be a bit behind. And he teaches much more than just soccer skills. He gives life lessons as well. He has great, positive energy.
